# How to Process a Xendit Refund
### **How do I process a Xendit refund?**
Refunds are processed in the Xendit dashboard, not in the Vibefam admin portal. If a refund attempt shows an error, refresh the page and try again. If the issue continues, check that the dashboard has a stable internet connection and that charges are loading correctly.
#### **How do I refund a payment?**
1. Log in to your Xendit dashboard.
2. Find the payment you want to refund.
3. Process the refund directly in Xendit.
#### **What should I do if the refund shows an error?**
1. Refresh the page.
2. Try the refund again.
3. Confirm whether the same error appears after refreshing.
4. Check whether your internet connection is stable while loading the dashboard.
#### **What if charges do not load correctly?**
If charges are not loading beyond the first page, try the following:
- Reload the page
- Try again from a different device, such as mobile or PC
- Confirm the dashboard is loading with a stable internet connection
#### **When is the issue escalated?**
If the refund issue continues after retrying and checking the dashboard, it can be escalated for further investigation with Xendit.
