This article walks you through how you can sign up for an account on vibefam, login and manage the classes that you teach.

Sign up for an account

It’s possible that your studio has already set up an account for you when adding you to the admin system. We recommend checking with them before creating a new account. 

  • Sign up for an account as a user.
  • Inform the studio owner on the email address you have used to sign up so that they can add you into the backend system as a staff.

Login to your account

As an instructor of the studio, you might be required to access the backend system for attendance taking or to manage your member packages. Your studio owner would have assigned special access rights to you which allows you to manage certain features in the system.

  • Access the web admin portal with the button below or download the "Vibefam Business" app

 

  • Voila! You should be able to view your studio's schedule and other information
