Repeat Bookings
Repeat Booking locks a student into a fixed weekly class slot automatically. Future sessions show as “unpaid bookings” until the next payment cycle is processed — removing the need for manual re-booking and preventing misleading “open” slots in future months.

How to Set Up - Repeat Bookings
Step 1: Open the Studio Admin dashboard
- Schedule -> Open the classes
Step 2: Find the user member name and select the user member name.
Step 3: Toggle On the “Repeat Booking”
Step 4: Configure the option on how long this repeat booking should continue.
- Keep repeating the class indefinitely OR
- Stop repeating after the selected date.
Step 5: Select the package for this user member repeating bookings
- Repeat Bookings that are added to the members will be added as unpaid.
- You will need to assign a package to the user member
- Once the package has been assigned, you can select the class dates that are repeated for classes that have been tagged as unpaid.

Step 6: Verify the repeat bookings (Regular Booking vs Repeat Bookings members)
- Open Repeat Bookings (or Recurring Enrollments) list to confirm the new entry.
- Check the class calendar to ensure the student appears in each weekly slot, and verify unpaid-booking flags.
