Adding Members
There are 2 ways to be added as a member.
- By manually adding the member email address to vibefam admin portal
- Member themselves buys a package from you.
Step 1:
- Head over to the "Member's tab.
- Click on "Add Member" & input the member email.
- Note: member email addresses are unique and may not be able to use the same email twice for account creation
Step 2:
- Fill in the member's details such as Full Name
- Username, mobile number, date of birth, and password are Optional. - An email will be triggered to the member user to complete their account creation.
- Lastly, just hit submit.
What is a Family Account
If you have members with families or children at your studio, they might want to buy memberships/packages and make bookings on behalf of their families. Our family account function makes it easier for parents/family members to manage their children or sub-accounts. Including paying for classes, booking in sessions, etc.
This is very useful when members book for their family members quickly in the app without switching accounts.
Note: The children's account/sub-account will not be able to log in themselves and require the main account (parent) to purchase memberships and book on behalf.
- This feature is available from the most popular plan onwards.
Adding a family member to a member profile
- Go to "Members" tab -> Find the main family account (Example: Parent email account)
- Click into the main family profile account and head to the "Family Account" tab.
- Click "Add Account" and fill up the family member info (Full Name, Relationships, Date of Birth, and Email address)
- Once you are done - Hit "Create"
Managing Family Account Packages, Classes, and Courses

You can assign individual packages to each child account under a parent profile.
For example:-
Gabriel Paul (Parent account) – Bought a child package

John Paul (child account) – assigned a child package owned by John now.
This setup also allows both the parent and each child to have their own separate packages, depending on their specific needs.
To assign or manage a package for a child account:

Go to the parents’ profile (main profile).

Head to the "Package tab" and select the "package" that you want to assign to the member's child profile account.

Once the package has been assigned to the child, you can head over to their profile to manage the child's packages individually from the child's account itself.

- This allows you to add or make any changes that you need on the child packages directly instead of sharing a single parent account.
- In addition, this similar logic also applies to courses where you can book more than 1 child into courses.
Note: All child bookings and schedule notifications will be sent to the parent's email address.
Managing child/sub-account profile

Edit: From the parent account, you can view and edit the child’s profile (name, email, DOB, etc.), similar to managing a member profile.

Unlink: You can unlink a child profile from the parent account—ideal when the child grows up. Their profile can then be converted into a standalone member account with its own payment. *An email address is required
