Group bookings - Book for a friend

In this article we will take you through on group bookings & how members can help book for their friends.

What is group booking about?

A group booking can be a great way to retain your members and also gain new ones, as members can share their class/session experience with their friends. 

Group bookings allow user/member/student to use their existing package credits and book more spots to give opportunity for their friends to tag along and join the class session together. 

In essence, group booking allows one to easily book for members and their friends in 1 booking flow.

How can you enable group booking?

  1. Group booking can be enabled and configured from the package setup.
  2. Head to "Configure" -> "Package Options" 
  3. Either create or edit the existing package -> Look for "Advanced Option" -> and "enable group booking"
  4. Indicate how many spots can be booked with the particular package.

Booking Settings

  1. Next, head to the schedule and edit the class / while creating a class. 
  2. Under "Advanced Options" -> Look for Booking settings. 

 

 

 

How can members book multiple spots for their friends?

Once group booking has been enabled, as a user/member/student, they can book more than 1 spot.  (depending on the configuration above)
