Analyze which instructor drives the highest revenue, attendance, and signups to inform instructor scheduling decisions.- The Instructor Performance Report provides insights into each instructor’s class performance, including booking counts and identification of underperforming instructors. Based on the data, the report also offers actionable recommendations for optimizing class schedules, evaluating low performers, suggesting class trial packages, and refining pricing strategies

This report analyzes new package purchases over time (excluding recurring renewals), identifies the most popular packages and top-spending customers for retention strategies, and provides insights into historical cash flow from recurring renewals, along with projections for the next 7 days and 6 months based on active subscriptions.- Provide insights on the memberships, which include an analysis of the sales and retention summary.
- Breakdown of the package purchase and the package purchases over time.
- Breakdown of the total sales by package name, top 20 customers, and the package that is about to expire in the next 7 days.
- Breakdown of the recurring packages. This includes the expected cash flow for the next 6 months, expected cashflow for the next 7 days, renewals that happened for the last 6 months, and upcoming renewals in the next 7 days.
- Member Insights
This report breaks down user attendance and revenue contribution by group. A "new member" is defined as someone who made their first booking in the past 30 days, while a "returning member" made their first booking more than 30 days ago and has booked within the last 90 days. Members without any bookings in the past 90 days are excluded to ensure the report focuses on actively engaged users.
