Add members

There are two ways a member ends up in your studio:

  1. You add them manually in the Vibefam admin portal.
  2. They add themselves by buying a package from you online.

To add a member manually:

  1. Go to the Members tab.
  2. Click Add Member and enter the member's email.
    • Member emails are unique — the same email can't be used to create two accounts.
  3. Fill in the member's details. Only Full Name is required; Username, mobile number, date of birth, and password are optional.
  4. Click Submit.

If you don't set a password, an email is sent to the member to complete their own account setup.
