Troubleshooting Class Booking Issues
Why can’t I book a class?
Class booking issues are often related to the booking deadline, package restrictions, class eligibility, or the class floor plan. If a booking does not go through, the first things to check are whether the member has an active valid package, whether the class is included under that package, and whether the class floor plan is set up correctly.
What should I check first?
Check these items in order:
- Confirm the member has an active and valid package with credits available.
- Check whether the class is included in the package’s eligible classes.
- Review whether the booking deadline or other membership restrictions apply.
- Verify that the class floor plan is set up correctly.
- Try refreshing the page or using a different browser or device.
What if the package says “Not activated”?
A “Not activated” label means the package has not been used yet and no credits have been drawn from it. It does not prevent a member from booking.
What if the class still will not book?
If the package is valid and the class is eligible, look at the class setup itself. A class floor plan that has not been adjusted can cause the spots to appear in one corner and make them hard or impossible to click. In that case, the studio should review the class setup.
What information should be collected for follow-up?
To investigate a booking issue, collect:
- The class name
- The date and time of the session
- A screenshot of what appears during booking
Should the studio be contacted?
Yes. If the issue is related to class setup or membership restrictions, the studio should review the booking setup and package settings directly.
