💳 What is VibePay?
We’re excited to introduce VibePay — vibefam’s free POS terminal that makes accepting payments simpler and smarter. Traditional payment terminals often require time-consuming setup, deposits, and procurement, in addition to ongoing challenges such as hardware maintenance and unexpected breakdowns that can disrupt daily operations.
- Allows users to make a payment by tapping on an NFC-enabled device (like a smartphone or a contactless card) near a payment reader without the need to insert or swipe it.
- With VibePay, your phone becomes your payment terminal. Eliminating costly hardware, reducing downtime, and allowing you to start collecting payments quickly and seamlessly.

📲 How to use VibePay?
ℹ️ Things to take note of before using Tap to Pay:
- VibePay is presently only available on Android devices. (Coming to IOS soon)
- It is not available on desktop and requires to setup from the vibefam business app (NFC payment)
- Ensure that the vibefam business app has been updated to the latest version.
- Ensure that your device has NFC functionality
Step 1: Go to the vibefam business app
- Select "Vibe Pay" then select "Terminal".
Step 2: Create Payment
- Select "Create Payment"
- Key in the Payment Amount.
Step 3: Show the NFC Screen
- Inform the customer to scan their bank cards or other NFC payments on the phone. (Typically, your NFC is located behind the phone.)
Step 4: Confirm if the transaction is Successful
- Always make sure that the transaction is successful by checking on the payment page or the transaction page
- Payment Successful: You can email the receipt to the customer/user.
- Payment Failed: You can start over or make an attempt to retry payment.
Step 5: Reconcile Payment
- Simply click “Next” to reconcile payments instantly.
- No more waiting until the end of the day to balance your records.
- Payments are settled on the spot, saving you time and effort.
📝 Reconcile Payment
There are 2 types of Reconcile Payment
- Custom Text: Use for custom charges
- You can type in what the charges are for.
- You can type in what the charges are for.
- Package: Use to make payment for the existing studio package
🧮 Checking Transactions
Ensuring all transactions are tracked seamlessly
- Go to Vibe Pay and go to "Transactions".
- You will see the list of transactions show up for you to track and reconcile whenever you need it.
