Step 1: Getting 1Fit venue ID

  • Your studio needs to be a listed partner on 1Fit in order to successfully integrate with vibefam. 
  • Go to the vibefam dashboard and click on "Configure" > 1Fit Integration". (If you don't see this configuration, please reach out to your account manager or reach out to vibefam support team at https://support.vibefam.com/)
  • Enable all relevant locations for 1Fit integration 

 

Step 2: Providing the venue ID

  • Once you enable 1Fit integration, please select the location and copy the Partner ID and Venue ID

  • Head to this link here: https://erp.1fit.app/integration to integrate directly with 1 Fit and fill up the information below after you have logged in to your 1Fit account.
  • ‼️VERY IMPORTANT‼️
    • Once you have filled up the form - Please do let your 1Fit account manager know to ensure that the integration is completed. (This is so that 1Fit team is aware and can help verified for you)
    • Ensure that the class name on vibefam and 1Fit is IDENTICAL (case and space sensitive)

Configuring and Allocating Class Spots for 1Fit

 Ensure that you have also customized the spots that you would like to enable on 1Fit in your class schedules
 
  • Go to "Schedule" > "Add Event" > "Group Class"
  • After filling up all the essential information for your group classes, at the bottom you will see an option to customize the spots that you would like to make available on 1Fit

  • These numbers indicate the exact spot that you are switching on to 1Fit, not the capacity. So if you want to enable 4 spots, you'll need to select 4 spots (see screenshot below)
  • If you run a spin studio or reformer pilates studio that has specific spots in class, you can customize which spots you enable for 1Fit members
    • For example, only the bikes on the back row are switched on for 1Fit members
  • Have you already set up all your classes but left this step out? You can make a bulk update to all your future classes to enable 1Fit Integration by clicking on "Schedule" > "Actions" > "Edit Schedule"

  • Select the parameters that are relevant. You do not have to fill up all the empty fields here. For example, you can fill up only the Date Range and leave all the other parameters empty.

  • Select 1Fit and the spots you want to make available to edit the classes in bulk

Voila! You're successfully integrated on 1Fit!

 

Frequently Asked Questions: 

  1. What if I have ClassPass and 1Fit? Will there be any clashes or overlapping spot bookings? 

    If both 1Fit and ClassPass attempt to book the same spot simultaneously, the booking that comes in later will be automatically rejected. The same applies if two Vibefam users try to reserve the same spot—only the first booking will be confirmed.
  2. I still cannot see my 1Fit member's bookings in vibefam. 

    This issue is most likely due to a failed integration. Please reach out to your 1Fit account manager for assistance. If you encounter any technical difficulties, feel free to contact our support team at https://support.vibefam.com.

  3. My classes are not appearing even though it has been integrated. 

    Please double-check and ensure that your class naming on vibefam and 1Fit is identical (case and space sensitive)
